GetFabQuotes exists to give you back estimating hours — not to insert itself between you and the people you do business with. Every commitment below is how that plays out in practice.
What we never do
We never contact your customers.
No emails, no calls, no follow-ups to anyone on the other end of your RFQ. We only communicate with you.
We never market to or sell to your customers.
Customer contact details that pass through a packet are used to prepare that packet and nothing else.
We never train shared models on your data.
Your RFQs, drawings, and customer information are not used to train any model shared across customers.
We never require inbox access.
You forward only what you choose to [email protected]. We don't connect to or read your inbox.
What we do
Redaction is always welcome.
Strip names, prices, or anything else before you forward — the pipeline works fine on redacted RFQs.
Your files are used only to prepare your packet.
Attachments and email content are processed for extraction and packet generation, full stop.
Deletion on request, 30-day default retention.
RFQs and the packets built from them are deleted within 30 days of packet delivery by default, and immediately on request.
Access is limited to authorized processors.
Only the systems and people directly involved in producing your packet ever touch your data.
How the packet is built
Every GFQ Estimator Packet is AI-assisted, human-reviewed — never fully automated, never a customer-facing quote. The pipeline extracts what's actually stated in your RFQ, flags what's missing, and hands the result to you as a starting file for your estimator. It does not invent numbers, and it does not decide pricing. That stays with you, every time.
